System requirements
Any J2ME device with MIDP 2.0 and CLDC 1.0 profile ( with file system api ) is supported.
Compression / Decompression / Archive formats
Create and extract: ZIP, TAR, TAR+GZ(TGZ), TAR+BZIP2(TBZ2).
Extract only: JAR, WAR, EAR, Z, GZ, BZ2, TAR.GZ, TGZ, TAR+BZ2, TBZ2, TAZ, CBZ.
Note: Archives compressed with BZIP2 compression method needs much more memory to decompress
than ZIP or GZIP files. So to decompress BZIP2 files you must have enough RAM.
Encryption
MicroZip can encrypt ZIP files with AES-256 encryption. (WinZipAES-256)
Currently AES is supported with only 256 bit keys. Keys of 128 and 192 bits are not supported.
MicroZip also supports decryption of ZipCrypto (pkzip classic) encryption.
